At Todd Reed, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our hand-forged jewelry and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized pieces. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all authenticating documentation and packaging included.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original certificates and grading reports are included.

  Ship via Insured Carrier

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured to protect against loss or damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
